19-year-old Strangles Dachshund

Pretoria Police in South Afica are looking for a man (i use that term very loosely) who apparantly strangled a dachshund named Ben that eventually died from internal bleeding and other bodily injuries news24.com. This guy should be put out of his misery. Eye for an eye is what I say, but first I'd like to kick him with a pair of brand spankin' new steel toed boots.
